How we vet
We recruit experienced hospitality professionals who already have the service skills our clients need, then rigorously screen them through reference checks, skills testing, and in-person interviews to assess proficiency in food and wine knowledge, service etiquette, and overall service execution. Fewer than 5% meet our standards.
We check references, confirm rehire eligibility, and prescreen every applicant before they advance.
